Stonehill Development is a local family owned and operated business that started over 20 years ago in Burkburnett, TX with hands-on renovations for our own rentals. That experience grew into full-service remodeling, new construction, and light commercial work—always with pride in our work and a commitment to craftsmanship.

We do not offer financing.
Are you insured?
Yes—fully licensed and insured. COIs available upon request.
What experience do you have?
Stonehill Development has been in business for over 20 years. The majority of that has been doing complete remodels of our rental properties. We have done a few commercial projects and some custom builds.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes—we do warranty our work. Warranties vary depending on project.
Can Stonehill help with storm damage and insurance claims?
Yes. Stonehill can address roofing, gutters, siding, fencing, windows, exterior paint, interior water damage, drywall, ceilings, and other construction-related storm damage. We can also assist with damage documentation, supplements, and adjuster coordination, then complete approved repairs. Insurance coverage and claim approval are determined by your insurer.
Do you offer free roof inspections?
Yes—roof inspections are free for residential and commercial properties.
